Chef Brenda Johnson is the owner and professional caterer for La Buona Cucina Catering and future Bistro since 2008 until now. we provide catering for business meetings, meal planning, personal and private catering services, craft services for tv and films and Private Jet Airliner accounts. any dinner party, baby or bridal shower, wedding or family reunion up to 200 people. we offers full service with a wait staff and bartender if needed. we make the most delicious Lasagna and all types of cuisine. using the freshest ingredients, so our food is flavorful and delicious. Chef Brendas future goal is to oneday open a Italian Bistro in the Dallas/ Ft Worth area. We will have our second pop up in August  2019 info coming soon.

We wants to make people feel special by being inclusive rather than exclusive. we hand-prepare everything on the menu — whether it’s grass-fed beef, hand-cutting PEI russet potatoes, making housemade pasta and sauces or preparing fresh produce. "We believe the closer things are to home, the better they taste. We use local meat and local produce. We hire local people because we are passionate about our community we live in and the food we serve to those around us. Knowing that our food is real and as fresh as the people who eat it" as well as providing meal planning and delivery to our customers We will strive to deliver a high-quality product that's infused with high-quality ingredients. With our Merry me Lasanga and chicken marsala and our Italian Chicken Bake just to name a few, but I know that quality, freshness, and love aren't easy to find when eating at a restaurant " that’s where we " la buona cucina bistro" will come in La Buona Cucina’s current focus is on " Great authentic Italian food that is made from scratch goodness

Chef Brenda has been a business owner ,caterer, meal planner, food stylist,corporate, craft service for films and photo shoots, catering for jet airliners and special events since 2010.her goal is to open La Buona Cucina Bistro in 2022

We collaborate closely with a group of local farmers, from which we get all of the ingredients we use for our italian cusine  the very best, and have a set of very high standards that must be met by La Buona Cucina Bistro owner Chef Brenda 

 

Our network of local farmers are considered friends of the family, and they deliver their produce directly to us every morning. This is how we ensure that each and every dish on our menu lives up to our own and our guests' expectations.
